Your role at Baxter
  • The Contracts Manager will be responsible for enterprise-wide GSA/FSS 65IIA contracts with the NAC, MSPV-NX SAC contracts and DoD DLA ECAT contracts for all Business Units. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the FSS and DLA contacts to include compliance per Federal Regulations.

What you'll be doing
  • Understanding and responsibility of pricing compliance, CPARS, SAM, and contract administration
  • Track compliance to changing Federal Acquisition laws
  • Analytics of commercial customer pricing contracts
  • Reviews and collaborates with Contract Operations and IT for data for CSP for FSS
  • Responsible for Quarterly reviews with operations team for pricing compliance across BUs
  • Understanding FSS ACR
  • Responsible for government IFF and rebates
  • SIP uploads into govt systems GSA-Advantage
  • Modifications FSS/ECAT
  • Management of government operations and customer service team
What you'll bring
  • Bachelors degree preferred. High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5 + years' experience in management of federal contracts required. Certified in government contract compliance is a plus
  • Understanding for FAR, VAAR regulations, IG Audits
  • Management of operations team
  • SAP and JDE systems experience a plus
  • Understanding of not only federal contracts but also commercial GPO and IDN contracts
  • Must have background in successful IG audits and internal audits
  • Negotiation skills for federal contracts
  • Expert in Excel analytics
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $88,000 - $121,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
