POSITION SUMMARY: The Shipping Operator is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of outgoing shipments to ensure that BioBait products are delivered to customers on time and in excellent condition. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing shipping documentation, and maintaining inventory accuracy. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- specifications and company standards.
- Shipping Coordination:Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation:Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.
- Inventory Management:Maintain accurate records of outgoing shipments and update inventory systems accordingly.
- Quality Control:Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet BioBait's quality standards and resolve any issues that arise.
- Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communication:Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and customer service teams to address any shipping-related issues or delays.
- Process Improvement:Suggest improvements to shipping processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to work multiple stations, including general labor.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required:. High school diploma or GED equivalent
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Previous experience in a shipping, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.
- Proficiency with shipping software and inventory management systems. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and documentation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
