Shift:Shift 1 (7:00am - 7:30pm) and Shift 3 (7:00pm - 7:30am)

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$18.75 / hour

Summary

Provides patient care duties under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse. Responsible for implementing components of the plan of care through the initiation/completion of procedures relating to basic human, mental health and social needs, comfort, safety and emergency measures; activities of daily living; personal care needs; nutrition and fluid and elimination needs.

Additional Requirements

Basic Life Support (BLS) current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider.

A competency skills checklist appropriate to the job description will be given to the applicant by Human Resources Recruitment. Applicant should complete this form and bring to manager interview, in order that manager can discuss future orientation needs.

Communication, interpersonal, basic computer, and customer service skills are required. Demonstrates a working knowledge of medical terminology.
