In this role, you will operate machines, troubleshoot thread breaks, and manage materials by preparing alcohol solutions and inspecting bobbins for quality. You'll accurately record production and quality metrics, package and label products for shipment, and maintain a clean work environment through sweeping, vacuuming, and waste removal. Additionally, you'll conduct friction quality tests, record scrap weights, and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth handoff between shifts. Attending scheduled meetings and assisting in other areas as needed will also be part of your responsibilities.
