Position Summary The Salvation Army Northern Division in Carlton County and Itasca County is committed to "Doing the Most Good" by providing holistic, person-centered services to individuals and families in need. These services include worship services and pastoral care; short- and long-term case management; food, clothing, utility, rent, and housing support; and connections to community partners. The annual Red Kettle Campaign runs through the holiday season and raises essential funds for the organization's programs. During this time, thousands of bell ringers collect donations at red kettles placed on street corners and in front of stores. The Kettle Coordinator is a seasonal position responsible for hiring and training bell ringers and kettle drivers, managing time sheets, and scheduling staff and volunteers. Additionally, the Coordinator oversees kettle placement, ensures the equipment functionality, handles data entry, manages route coverage, and responds to customer inquiries and service issues. Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise paid bell ringers/kettle drivers and provide support and guidance to volunteer bell ringers. Driving/Travel Requirements Drive agency vehicles locally to support the mission.
