As our Quality Manager, you will help lead our world-class Team in our Microelectronics Division, a leading provider of dense, rugged, secure microelectronics solutions for next generation defense applications. You will be a part of our Microwave Business where we design, develop, and produce the next generation RF/Microwave components, IMA's, modules and subsystems. We are an agile team focused on improving the quality of our products, processes, and customer experience. You will support design quality, manufacturability and producibility, while ensuring product quality plans are compliant to the customers' requirements and applicable standards and regulations. This role ensures the implementation of quality plans and provides metrics/feedback to the organization to lead continuous improvement. This role will focus on delivering quality product that meets customer requirements, identifying opportunities for yield improvement, process improvement, and product cost-reduction methods. An emphasis for this role is the support and improvement of our Quality Management System and underlying business practices and processes to enable consistency, efficiency, and ability to scale.
