THE OPPORTUNITY Colliers Mortgage is seeking the next generation of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) leaders for our 2025 Summer Internship Program. Under the guidance of top industry professionals, this program will be focused exclusively on teaching the intricacies of CRE debt and equity transactions. It will provide real world training in the critical role commercial mortgage banking plays in connecting borrowers with lenders and serving as a trusted advisor to the complex process of securing commercial real estate financing. THE PROGRAM Spanning roughly 10 weeks from June until August, you will be assigned to 1 of 4 specialized teams but exposed to the full scope of what it means to work in this exciting and evolving industry. You will also receive structured weekly classroom lectures from our senior staff to ensure a wholistic overview of the business.
