Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated psychiatrist to join our Behavioral Health team. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of mental health conditions. The ideal candidate will have a patient-centered approach and a commitment to providing high-quality mental health care.

Position Details

Seeking an employed psychiatrist for a 24 bed Senior Behavioral Health Unit in a hospital
1. Monday thru Friday w some call
2. Advance Practice Provider Support
3. Telepsychiatry Support
4. Inpatient work
5. Located in Philadelphia

* Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis for inpatients and outpatients.
* Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic support.
* Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate patient care.
* Engage in patient and family education to enhance understanding of treatment plans and support recovery.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

* Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
