**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient organization and storage of rental equipment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing inventory, tracking equipment and materials to meet event needs.
- Lead and train warehouse staff, setting schedules and supervising workload distribution.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and vehicles.
