Summary Sr Analyst Workforce Management This role involves providing performance analysis and strategic recommendations to optimize ROI, resource utilization, and third-party partnerships. Responsibilities include developing analytic models for talent deployment, creating monthly or quarterly reviews for third-party performance, and presenting data-driven insights that drive execution and retention. The role requires strong collaboration with IT, Shared Services, and Commercial teams to improve processes and performance metrics, utilizing excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and strategies.
