Description Maine Medical Center ($3,000.00 Sign on Bonus paid in 3 installments, prorated for PartTime) Current MaineHealth employees not eligible for the sign on bonus. Must be separated from MaineHealth system for 6months to be eligible. Summary The Medication Transitions Technician - Acute Care role provides technical support in obtaining, verifying for accuracy, and recording initial medication histories from patients and/or designated family and/or caregivers upon admission. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education:. Associate's Degree preferred. 2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a pharmacy technician required or eligible consistent with the current applicable state(s) Board of Pharmacy requirements. CPhT required. Medication History Certificate required or must obtain within one year of hire. 3. Experience: Three years of experience as a pharmacy technician required.
