Pen Bay Hospitalis seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to join their team. HVAC experience is required. Experience in a hospital setting is preffered and candidates licensed as current Maine Bioler Operator is desireable but not required. Summary: The HVAC Mechanic role is primarily responsible for the repair and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to maintain first-class operating condition.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: Apprenticeship and/or Post-secondary education with courses in air conditioning/refrigeration, electrical wiring and controls, plumbing, blueprint reading, and/or boiler operation preferred. 2. License/Certifications: State License as a Boiler Operator, 3rd or 4th Class and/or Stationary Steam Engineer within one year of start date required. Valid Driver's License required. 3. Experience: Three years of experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) or related field required. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A. 5.
