Summary:
The Leadership Gift Officer - MMCP role is focused on building relationships with potential donors in the community and securing leadership commitments. Builds a culture of philanthropy and works closely with clinical and administrative leadership to achieve the mission and vision for the future of healthcare.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced degree preferred. 2. License/Certifications: CFRE or CAP Certification preferred. 3. Experience: Five years of development experience required. Experience raising funds in a healthcare or academic medical center preferred. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Knowledge of planned giving vehicles and grant writing. 5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
