Description For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with up to 2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN work experience!
We're seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Otolaryngology Leadership team. This is a fluid position, consisting of staff oversite at multiple locations. The selected RN will work closely with the Clinical Manager to complete day-to-day clinic needs as well as strategic planning for future initiatives and staff education. This position offers a Monday - Friday, day-time schedule (between 8 am- 5pm) with weekends and holidays off. The ideal candidate has been in an inpatient or outpatient RN role for a minimum of 2 years' and/or has prior leadership experience. Summary: Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred. 2. License/Certifications: Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. 3. Experience: Two years of RN experience required. Experience in area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred. 4.
