General Summary of Position: The UMass Lowell division of Graduate, Online, and Professional Studies (GPS) is seeking qualified applicants to join our growing team of student success professionals. The Enrollment Support Specialist (ESS) will review the records of incoming and current students, with the program's academic advisor, to ensure timely follow-up on worksheets, advisement reports, and university petitions and exceptions, ensuring a smooth path to degree completion for undergraduate continuing education students, supporting student retention and enrollment efforts. Special Instructions to Applicants: This is a temporary, part-time, non-benefited, non-unit position. 18 hours per/week with the flexibility to choose working hours with the Assistant Director. Office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30 am-8:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm. This position is on campus in Lowell, Mass.
