Position Highlights:

• Position: Staff Nurse
• Hourly Pay Range: $34.68 - $55.80. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $36.00 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.
• Location: 800 W Central Rd. Arlington Heights, IL.
• Part Time:20 hours/week
• Hours: Monday-Friday (7am-3:30pm) Rotating Saturdays

General Summary:

Reporting to a Clinical Director or other designated manager, the Staff Nurse assumes responsibility for the complete nursing process in the delivery of patient care, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes from a patient's admission through discharge. Revises plans of care as indicated. These activities are accomplished through a multidisciplinary team approach as appropriate for his/her specialty of practice. This job description was developed in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.

What you will need:

• Education: The level of knowledge normally acquired through the completion of an A.D., diploma, or BSN Program from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Experience: Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois
• Certifications: Current CPR certification
