We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team of marketing professionals and support the firm's business development efforts. This role leads and supports federal marketing pursuits across the company, which offers multidiscipline services in the transportation, ports, and water markets throughout the world. Federal proposal managers are responsible for organizing and managing efforts of global, national, regional, and local staff to ensure preparation and delivery of high quality, creative, and compliant proposals, as well as lead development and production of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations. We are open to candidates anywhere in the continental United States.

Base salary range: $105,000 to $137,000 based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration (if required), and meeting required qualification in job description. Base salary range only applicable for candidates who will be hired and working in the California, New York City, Colorado or Washington markets. Working conditions: The work takes place mostly in an office environment. Must be able to work flexible hours (across multiple time zones) and to travel as and when required. Some overtime on workdays and weekends may be required. Physical requirements: Sedentary for long periods of time, interact with clients, and travel occasionally.
