The Sales Counselor manages, organizes and completes all necessary steps in the sales process in order to meet, or exceed, the sales goals set by the Director of Sales. As an integral part of the marketing team this position, helps to promote our community at planned events on and off campus, as well as completed duties necessary to implement our strategic marketing plan. Completes all necessary sales follow-throughs utilizing our CRM; works collaboratively with the Grand Oaks team.

Location: Washington, D.C. at our Sibley Memorial Hospital

9:30am-6pm

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:




  1. College degree preferred.
  2. Successful marketing and sales experience.
  3. Planning and negotiating skills.
  4. Grand Oaks team members who drive a Grand Oaks vehicle must review and sign the Driver job description and understand the key essential duties for safety and regulatory compliance.



Salary Range: Minimum 24.24 per hour - Maximum 40.01 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
