As a Field Relations Business Lead, you will sit within the Advisor Solutions department. Advisor Solutions, is at the forefront of working across the home office and sales force as one team to achieve the sales and growth objectives the company expects, while delivering the experience our distribution needs and deserves. You will be responsible for mapping out business consulting processes, designing future state experiences, and providing top-level expertise and consultation to meet functional and cross-functional goals. This role is accountable for the overall results and ongoing utilization of adoption for assigned programs. Responsibilities may include defining the project structure into manageable work units, identifying needs and obtaining/prioritizing resources, managing overall scope and interdependencies, relationship management, communication, methods for monitoring and reporting on status, and organizational change management. You will work directly with leadership on priority initiatives, helping them understand how the work fits into the bigger picture and mitigating any difficulties that arise. As a trusted resource and advocate for Firms within the Private Client Group, this role is integral to our success. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
