Staffmark, in partnership with a leading client in West Memphis, AR, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Production Assembler to join our growing team. This is a key role in the assembly line process, where you will work alongside a collaborative manufacturing team to ensure efficient and accurate production. Pay and Schedule: Pay: $16.00 per hour Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Overtime: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional mandatory weekend overtime As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly line operations, focusing on building displays and ensuring a smooth production process. Key responsibilities include: Assemble and build displays according to production specifications and blueprints. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily production targets and maintain a smooth workflow. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Manage and organize materials needed for assembly, ensuring they are available and in good condition. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards. Adhere to all safety and company policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours per day. Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching are required. Ability to handle and manipulate various tools and components. Capable of lifting and moving materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
