Overview

We are looking for our new Product and Solutions Marketing Manager - B2B to join Axway's family. In this role, you will lead and shape product marketing across EMEA, North America, LATAM, and APAC, supporting influential B2B customers worldwide. You'll drive the strategic positioning of our products for maximum market impact, working closely with global product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure our solutions meet and exceed evolving market demands.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering insights to evaluate market trends, identifying customer needs and pain points, analyzing product capabilities and competitive differentiation to define a clear value proposition.

  • Strengthen communication of the product value by aligning it with the market and enhancing the messaging to convey our unique value.

  • Lead GTM planning and execution, aligning with cross-functional teams to drive product launches and ensure cohesive product storytelling across regions.
  • Conduct and leverage market and competitive research to inform strategic product marketing decisions.
  • Define and continuously refine customer personas and buyer journeys to ensure product messaging resonates with target audiences, aligning product offerings with customer needs.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to reinforce product messaging and improve alignment with market needs.
  • Provide sales and customer-facing teams with tailored insights and competitive positioning to engage specific customer personas.
  • Support the Marketing and Sales team's efforts in customer acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, and retention with data-driven resources.
  • Develop thought leadership materials, including whitepapers, case studies, and digital content, to strengthen Axway's position as a leader in B2B technology.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field (master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role, ideally within the B2B technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B markets, industry trends, and the IT ecosystem, with a proven ability to stay updated on competitive landscapes and emerging technologies.
