Staffmark has partnered with a leading company in Dallas, TX, seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Manager for a direct-hire position. Take your leadership skills to the next level with a forward-thinking organization dedicated to growth and success!

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

The Shipping and Receiving Manager will lead the team of supervisors and associates, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving improvements in cost, productivity, and error reduction. You will monitor warehouse performance, align operations with corporate goals, and lead regular staff meetings to address challenges and communicate strategies. In addition, you will oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring they are completed on time, and guarantee the accurate processing of materials and orders. You will also be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new team members, fostering their growth, and supporting the Warehouse Manager with inventory management and performance reporting.

Requirements:



  • Experience in onboarding new employees, including interviewing, hiring, and training.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving, inventory management, forklift operations, and warehouse processes.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams to meet goals.
