Your Role As part of our Southeast Design Technology studio your role as Regional Design Technology Manager, will be focused on researching, promoting, elevating and strategically implementing our diverse ecosystem covering BIM, Computational Design and Generative Design to name a few. A critical multifaceted role that provides technical leadership, strategic value and deep tactical expertise in the design technology and digital project delivery space to our regional offices and project teams. You will use your soft skills, relationship building and technical expertise to drive with process enhancement, innovation, optimization and digital platforms implementation in partnership / collaboration with your peers in the Regional Design Technology group. People are the heartbeat of the innovative process. Your role will focus on empowering our practitioners and engaging them in a way that drives curiosity, culture, and commitment around Design Technology and our platforms and initiatives. Process enhancement and alignment are essential and when coupled with the right people, can lead to highly efficient teams. Your role will combine real-world experience within the AECO industry and the ability to incorporate data and team feedback to drive process enhancement. Technology is paramount to achieving our goals and is a mechanism for execution and delivery. *This is not a remote or hybrid position. The successful candidate will be expected to live in or relocate to the Washington DC area upon acceptance. **The compensation range for this position in Washington, DC is estimated between $130K-$145K plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
