Warehouse Lead

Staffmark has partnered with a global shipping company and is hiring an experienced Warehouse Lead to join this passionate team in Rock Hill, SC. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring production goals are met during peak operating times. If you have a safety/quality mindset, enjoy collaborating with others, and can bring strong team management, problem-solving, computer, and communication skills, you could be the candidate we are looking for!

Pay: $22 per hour (+ $1/hour during Peak Season)

Schedule: Monday - Saturday during Peak Season, must be flexible 7:00am - 4:30pm

Essential Functions:

• Assist with training new temporary employees by providing on-the-job training
• Help with shift start-ups and check-in processes
• Assist coworkers with questions about the production work
• Escalate challenges and problems to the customer's management team and Staffmark Group as needed
• Ensure quality and production standards are being met
• Provide effective communications and follow-up to Staffmark Group and the customer's management team

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse/production supervision
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8-12-hour shifts
