Staffmark is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to join a global leader in medical and industrial foot controls. If you have at least five years of technical sales experience, are customer-focused, and possess strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, this is your opportunity to advance your career with a direct-hire role.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:



  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding sales performance and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to new and existing customers.
  • Manage budgets and control expenses within assigned territory.
  • Foster strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement both short- and long-term sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Project, Design, Marketing, Production) to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and on time.


Qualifications:



  • Associate's Degree in Business or related field, or 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven experience in territorial sales, key account management, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of business practices, procedures, and technical sales.
  • Proficient in computer applications and sales tools.
  • Ability to travel for customer visits (15-20%).
  • Familiarity with electro-mechanical products is a plus.
