Department:ICHI | Research DataDepartment's Website: Summary of Job Duties:The Institute for Community Health Innovation (ICHI) is seeking a dynamic and talented Evaluation Specialist to join our team. As an Evaluation Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the strategic objectives and activities of ICHI and report to the Senior Director of Research. Your primary responsibility will be to support program evaluation and research activities using quantitative and qualitative methods. In this role, you will co-develop and lead ICHI research, program evaluation, and quality improvement activities, including the development of evaluation and analysis plans, collection, management, and analysis of data, and development and submission of reports and academic publications.The Evaluation Specialist will develop and execute culturally responsive plans to evaluate ICHI programs and services and community health policies. This includes designing and leading evaluations of programs or policies; collecting and managing data needed to track, evaluate, and report on policy and program activities and outcomes; and analyzing data for use in proposals, manuscripts, presentations, and reports to internal and external stakeholders. The Evaluation Specialist will work across research and evaluation by conducting literature reviews, creating logic models, conducting formative/process evaluations, drafting evaluation and data management plans, co-creating data collection materials (e.g., interview guides and surveys), and analyzing data. The Evaluation Specialist will identify, share, and evaluate opportunities for program improvement and interact with program colleagues and community members to drive evidence-based decision making.
