The Pediatric Program Project Manager oversees and supports the expansion of the program's clinical care and research objectives in our Radiation Oncology department. The project manager will ensure that the program is meeting its benchmarks in a timely manner and is utilizing philanthropic and sponsored funds appropriately to advance the program's objectives. Additionally, the project manager will identify opportunities for improvement and barriers to success by working collaboratively across multiple teams including those involved in clinical trials, grants/contracts, administration, clinical care and philanthropy. The Pediatric Radiation Oncology Program is committed to improving the lives of children with cancer through innovative research, exceptional clinical care and dedicated training for the next generation of researchers and physicians. The Project Manager must be willing to support this overarching goal and obtain a wide array of skills to advance the program's agenda. Work Location: Washington D.C. Full time Days, 8am-5pm Minimum Education & Experience: Master's degree in science or healthcare required Two years of project management and/or project planning and implementation required. Demonstrated ability to work with data and effectively communicate interpretation and implications of data to diverse audiences Extensive experience using various software applications such as MS Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Visio. Salary Range: Minimum 28.05 per hour - Maximum 46.31 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
