The Vascular Technologist at Children's Heart Institute of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians is responsible for performing non-invasive vascular studies in accordance with established protocols under the direction of the Technical Director of the Vascular Laboratory. Duties include: obtaining patient information, conducting ultrasound examiniations, and providing high quality ultrasound images.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm

Qualifications:




  • Work requires the level of knowledge typically acquired through completion of three years of occupationally specific education beyond high school in radiologic technology or a closely related field and less than three months of previous expereince
  • Certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)

Salary Range: Minimum $40.00 per hour - Maximum $55.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
