This position requires an in-person, on-campus work schedule with limited options for remote work. Must be eligible to work in the US on a full-time basis for any employer without sponsorship. Purpose The Student Enrollment and Success Coordinator will fulfill recruitment and enrollment activities associated with specialized masters programs. The selected candidate should be passionate about creating an amazing application experience by building rapport, answering questions, providing guidance, and solving problems based on understanding of each student's unique background, motivation, challenges, and future goals. Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree. Three years of experience coordinating or administering a program of student recruitment and enrollment. At least two years customer or student service/advising experience in a higher education setting. Basic understanding of academic, continuing, and professional education landscape. Customer service mindset, eager to identify and solve problems to enhance the student experience. Ability to work collaboratively on a team, including serving in capacities beyond job responsibilities when needed and respecting boundaries of roles. Very strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of audiences. Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills. Possess a high level of detail. Ability to self-start and operate with little supervision. Ability to respond under tight deadlines. Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office. Professional demeanor. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree. More than the required amount of experience especially in higher education student recruitment. Experience on an enrollment or advising team in a higher education setting. Experience in self-supporting or for-profit enterprise. Experience supporting UT academic programs, including non-formula-funded programs or other non-traditional student experiences. Experience working with online courses and/or programs. Experience with Salesforce. Salary Range$50,000+ depending on qualifications Working Conditions
