Revenue Operations Intern - Business Development

Location: US - Eastern Timezone Preferred

Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Program Duration: June 9, 2025 - August 15, 2025

Summary

As Revenue Operations Intern you will be responsible for back-office sales support processes/projects within systems like ServiceNow, Salesforce and Outreach, for example. They will learn management of a CRM system as it pertains to Business Development. This role will also support the Global Business Development Ops team by managing sales reports and data. The intern will work closely with the Revenue Operations organization.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities



  • Gain a deep understanding of the lead to opportunity sales cycle and related Salesforce & Outreach processes to support daily operations and potentially resolve user issues.
  • Drive forward our organizational rules of engagement with Revenue teams and adherence to business controls.
  • Work with reporting and data analysis on Biz Dev Sales activity and attainment.
  • Work with the team to drive Salesforce data hygiene and process refinements as needed.
  • Assist with overall Business Development Sales Engagement system management and activities.
  • Leverage Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for internal communication.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams like, Marketing Ops, SFDC Admin, and Enablement teams to support the daily operations of our Global Business Development organization.


Required Education and Experience



  • 3.0 GPA or higher


Preferred Education and Experience



  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Experience working in a SaaS or high-tech company is a plus


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM and Outreach Sales Engagement platforms a plus
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment as an individual contributor
