Assembler Responsibilities: Ensure all production rate requirements are met by operating in-line assembly equipment, such as scales, strappers, wrappers, and labelers. Maintain 100% compliance with BOM and product specifications, create packaging as required for WIP and finished goods, and conduct timely quality checks. Report any safety or quality concerns to the Supervisor, minimize scrap production, and communicate any maintenance or machine issues to reduce downtime. Perform additional duties as needed.
