• Build and foster client relationships, guiding clients through insurance options to meet their needs.
• Develop new leads through outreach, including cold calling and visiting local businesses.
• Handle paperwork and maintain client information within our software system for accurate record-keeping.
• Cross-sell insurance products to maximize value for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products, ensuring that renewals and change requests meet company standards.

• P&C Insurance License (required)
• Strong sales background with proven success
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Self-motivated and resilient with a positive approach
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
