We are looking for a Financial Services Manager to work closely with Finance leadership and other departments to drive best practices throughout the organization. This individual will promote increased use of systems to drive efficient and scalable processes and maintain data integrity. As a Trex Financial Services Manager, you will be looked to as an innovator and be responsible for the full scope of Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense Reimbursement, and various transactional cash functions in a high-growth corporate environment. This role is a key member of our Finance and Accounting team.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Put safety first - always.
  • Lead and foster our "people first" culture.
  • Manage department staff to execute AP, AR, Payroll and T&E transactions and serve internal and external customers' needs as required.
  • Responsible for monthly close of AP, AR and Payroll and related general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
  • Responsible for oversight, review and reconciliation of payroll tax filings and compliance with payroll regulations and laws.
  • Service audit requests for both financial and controls audits.
  • Establish and maintain best practice processes and procedures and train staff accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation.
  • Develop command of the company's key systems (e.g. ERP, HRIS, CRM, T&E systems).
  • Leverage systems to drive automation, build scalable business processes, and provide meaningful information to decision makers.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify process pain points and develop plans to drive improvements and increase accountability.
  • Represent the department on cross-functional continuous improvement and transformational system-related projects, including the potential implementation of a new ERP system.
  • Work with the Accounting team to transition various transactional cash duties to the Financial Services team.
  • Additional duties as assigned as part of the Financial Services Team, including but not limited to certain Sarbanes Oxley compliance duties, Census preparation, 1099 preparation and various account reconciliations.

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for leaders with 5+ years of experience managing accounting processes and people and a working knowledge of best payroll practices. If you have previous experience working with relevant systems such as UKG, Kronos, or JD Edwards, we want to hear from you. Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.

BASE SALARY RANGE: $95,000-$137,000 annually

The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual and/or sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.
