About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team for the 2nd or 3rd shift at our Goldsboro location. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that production goals are met and quality standards are upheld. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
  • Experience with quality control processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
  • Experience working in a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble various components and products according to instructions and specifications
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Skills:

As an Assembler, you will use your strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions to assemble various components and products. You will also use your physical abilities to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. Additionally, you may use hand and power tools, troubleshoot and solve problems independently, and work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals. Your familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and experience with quality control processes will also be beneficial in this role.
