Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Momentum Tester (IT Quality Assurance, Analyst) to support a Federal Government client. The candidate will validate the functionality and operation of CGI Momentum Financials based systems, operating on the cloud environment, as well as related applications and their interfaces.

This position currently requires a fully remote schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities



  • Contribute Test Plans to address testing of components, configurations, workflows, reports, transactions, and interfaces
  • Execute program test plans, test specications, test procedures according to schedule.
  • Contribute to preparation and review of test procedures and reports.
  • Validate availability and functionality of the Momentum components and related financial applications.
  • Test availability and configuration of the front-end user interfaces.
  • Support analysis test results to determine if the system has met the requirements and all features are working as intended.
  • Execute tests in alignment with requirements documents and maintenance release notes.
  • Provide recommendations on improving functionality and mission usage of applications, databases, and environments.
  • Test ongoing maintenance releases to include patching, backup and recovery, new release rollouts, and upgrades.

Required Qualifications



  • 3+ years of experience in functional and/or technical system analysis or operation
  • Experience in functional and technical testing of federal financial applications
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with federal Government accounting and financial management policies, practices, operation, and procedures
  • Strong communications skills, including contributing to discussions with clients and stakeholders

  • Experience with CGI Momentum functionality and operations


Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field

Clearance

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $70,000 - $92,000 per year.
