• Efficiently handle patient registration and scheduling, ensuring accurate and timely input of patient information.
• Welcome and guide patients to the appropriate areas, creating a positive and supportive environment.
• Verify and authorize insurance for treatments, assisting patients with understanding their coverage.
• Distribute visit data and revenue reports to Performance Rehab for tracking and analysis.
• Schedule preemployment screenings for contracted companies, ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
• Perform sanitization of rooms between patient appointments to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Support the management team with other tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Understand the concepts, principles and practices of Health Information Services.
