Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and Screen Candidates: Use industry-leading tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media to identify and evaluate healthcare professionals such as nurses, therapists, and other clinical roles.
- Build Talent Pipelines: Cultivate relationships with qualified healthcare professionals to meet client demands.
- Negotiate Pay Rates: Communicate effectively to align candidate expectations with market conditions.
- Collaborate with Experienced Recruiters: Work with senior team members to learn recruitment strategies and best practices.
Expectations:
- Make 50+ outgoing calls/day
- Submit 5+ qualified candidates/day
- Achieve a 75% submittal-to-interview ratio (interviews refer to recruiter calls with candidates you source).
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Enthusiastic, competitive, organized, and results-driven personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing preferred
- Passion for helping healthcare professionals connect with meaningful opportunities
