Executive Assistant

Key Role:

Provide correspondence staffing support to organization action officers using government templates for all required correspondence actions, including formal letters, memorandums, read-ahead briefings, meeting packages, activity reports, senior leadership reports, and travel, training, and personnel documents. Deliver or pick up documents within the local travel area. Ensure the Director's daily calendar operations are accomplished in a timely, professional, responsive manner for senior management, internal and external staff, and those external to the organization. Arrange for meetings, conferences, and video-teleconferencing. Perform administrative, executive assistance, and logistical tasks which include answering phones, taking messages, making photocopies, scanning documents, and sending and receiving faxes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior military and civilian officials

  • Experience with using Microsoft applications

  • Experience with formatting documents using appropriate standards

  • Experience with scheduling meetings and interacting with senior government officials

  • Experience with tracking multiple staff actions

  • Ability to review tasks and assign actions based on the organization and its activities

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills

  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
