SUMMARY:

Performs work that affects
business operations to a significant degree as well as investigates and
resolves matters of significance on behalf of management. This position will
also represent the Organization in handling complaints, arbitrating disputes and
working with the Chief of Service to resolve grievances. This position will have the authority to
formulate, affect and implement operating practices with the Chief of Services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Six (6) or more years' job related experience including previous
experience working with dental residency program.
