Responsibilities

We are searching for a Project Manager to work in our Industrial Market Sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of market sectors such as: Semiconductor and Science & Technology. You will lead large design teams for technically sophisticated projects such as; advanced manufacturing for semiconductor, automotive manufacturing centers and battery/energy manufacturing facilities. The Senior Project Manager role involves both client-facing and team-facing responsibilities and has tremendous growth potential.

In addition the responsibilities include:

  • Forecast and organize project teams for design, development, production and project document delivery;
  • Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client;
  • Successfully execute projects by following Page's and Owner's protocols and procedures in order to reach the best solution;
  • Develop strong client, consultant and collaborator relationships;
  • Understand budget, code and jurisdictional requirements;
  • Provide monthly project status report including staffing and cashflow projections;
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to project team;
  • Collaborate on project fee development and proposals.

Qualifications

  • A Degree in engineering, architecture or a related field from an accredited, four-year university;
  • Professional Engineers or Architecture license preferred;
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience;
  • Experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, mission critical market sectors or similarly complex projects;
  • Ability to manage multiple project sizes, with a concentration in large projects valued at $30MM plus;
  • Apply detailing skills and be proficient with construction administrative processes;
  • Proven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, engineering teams, and consultants;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and familiar with BIM, Revit and AutoCAD;
  • Ability to successfully lead/organize a team of multiple disciplines and consultants;
  • Confident with public speaking and networking;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Detail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
