Elwyn is currently seeking an Employee Expense Compliance Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of employee expense reporting and reimbursement within Oracle. This position will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and verifying employee expense submissions to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The Employee Expense Compliance Analyst plays a key role in safeguarding Oracle's financial integrity by ensuring accurate and compliant employee expense reporting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Expense Review and Validation


  • Examine employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Oracle's expense policies
  • Verify the legitimacy and appropriateness of expense claims, ensuring adherence to company guidelines
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with corporate expense policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies, flagging potential policy violations
  • Analyze expense data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare detailed reports/dashboards and summaries of findings, providing actionable insights to management
  • Recommend and implement improvements to the expense reporting process, enhancing efficiency and reducing risk
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline expense-related workflows and resolve issues
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding the expense submission process and policy interpretation
  • Conduct training sessions and create educational materials to promote awareness of expense policies
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits related to employee expenses
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit requirements and compliance checks
  • Perform other duties as assigned



QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in expense management, compliance, or a similar role, preferably within a large organization
  • Proficiency with Oracle Cloud ERP or other expense management software
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing employee expenses
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated solid judgment with the ability to solve problems and make decisions
  • Must possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated advanced working knowledge with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
