Staffmark has partnered with a leading Medical Technology Manufacturing company in Carlsbad, CA, and we are seeking a Labeling and Database Specialist to join their team. This position is primarily responsible for supporting the creation, maintenance, and implementation of product labeling, including the management of new and updated labeling specifications. Schedule: 7am - 4pm

Pay rate: $24 - $26/hr.

Labeling and Database Specialist responsibilities:

Collaborate with various departments to manage data entry and ensure compliant device labeling, including creating and updating labels based on Engineering and Regulatory input. Handle new and revised product labeling specifications and support database submissions (UDI and EUDAMED). Assist the Document Control team with related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:



  • At least 2 years of experience, ideally in medical devices or FDA-regulated industries; UDI knowledge preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, other MS Office programs, and Adobe; familiarity with label creation or graphic software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Capable of meeting project deadlines and adaptable with work schedules.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
