1st shift Maintenance Service Technician

1st shift

8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday

Pay: $21 and up based on experience

This Property Maintenance role is a great 1st shift opportunity for someone with prior experience flipping apartments/houses or someone who loves to do basic upgrades and repairs in a residential setting! Apply today for consideration!

Job Duties:

* Unit Prep

* Order Supplies with a budget

* Drywall repairs

* Paint

* Minor Plumbing

* Minor electrical (lightbulbs, switches, outlets)

* Provide good customer service.

* Schedule Contractor Visits

* Communicate with residence.

* Clean vacant apartments

* Utilize hand and power tools.

* Inspect property for damages.

* Follow company policy.

Requirements:

* Ability to move and carry 50lbs.

* Able to use ladders if needed.

* Valid Driver License and Insurance

* May be tasked with cleaning outside of apartment in cold weather.

* Ability to climb crawl or kneel.

* Must be mobile and comfortable moving around for full shift.
