*** This is an Onsite role in our Boston, MA location. Hours are 3:00 - 11:00 PM***

About you

As the Valet Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our valet parking service, ensuring a seamless experience for tenants, transit users, visitors, and guests. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, adeptness in handling high traffic volumes professionally, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.

In this role, you will

  • Manage the day-to-day operations.

  • Schedule and train valet staff to ensure efficient and courteous service.

  • Handle all aspects of vehicle traffic to ensure safety and smooth operations.

  • Oversee cash handling procedures, including collections and end-of-day reporting.

  • Maintain high standards of service for tenant parking, transit parking, visitor parking, and specific accommodations for guests.

  • Collaborate with the Guest Services Manager to enhance service delivery and resolve any operational issues.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in valet service management or a similar supervisory role in hospitality or transportation.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate staff.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in cash handling and report preparation.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
