Working under general supervision of the Alliance Manager or Product Line Manager, selecting from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities, the Product Management Coordinator works with the Product Management (PM) team to support the programmatic processes associated with the execution of Connection's partner program and/or product category initiatives.

Where applicable, this position assures departmental processes are performed in compliance with applicable Sarbanes-Oxley controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedule, cross-department action items, partner/product category assets, collateral, signage and promotional items required for co-branded partner/Connection events, weekly solution showcase events and customer events.
  • Verify, manage and process monthly invoices, check requests and purchase orders for all partner program/assigned product category elements.
  • Support sales incentive programs to drive strategic partner program/product category initiatives.
  • Collect, archive and communicate applicable proof of performance elements to ensure they are in accordance with rate card criteria, audit standards and partner requirements.
  • Assist PM with the evaluation of program objectives by gathering sales and marketing data sets to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaign strategies.
  • Source relevant partner/product category content to create organic posts designed to support partner/product category program growth objectives. Post content on internal collaboration platforms and company website category pages, brand stores, solution/service centers and segment showcase pages/modules.
