How can you make an impact?

A key member of the FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team, this FP&A Analyst is responsible for providing financial support including detailed financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and providing insight into key financial drivers to help drive the Company's financial performance. This role will collaborate with Business Unit finance leaders as well as support other internal functions such as Accounting, Treasury, Tax and Investor Relations. This position will report to the Senior Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A and will have direct engagement with the SVP, Financial Planning and Global CFO.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting process. Analyze financial results under different scenarios.
  • Variance Analysis: Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis to compare actual results against budgets/forecasts and monitor throughout the year. Identify and explain key drivers of financial performance. Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and provide regular reporting on these metrics.
  • Financial Reporting: Help prepare financial reports, dashboards and presentations for finance and senior leadership. Ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance of financial information provided, and that it's delivered on a timely basis.
  • Business Partnering: Work as a business partner to provide financial support for business units and corporate departments.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support various projects and initiatives across the Company.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve the efficiency of FP&A activities. Help team implement best practices and innovative approaches.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A or related fields.
  • Bachelors Degree - Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skillset for conducting analysis and building financial plans.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong process mindset and ability to operate in a team-oriented environment.
  • High degree of problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity, ability to distill insights from analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems (TM1, Tableau, Think-Cell or similar software is a plus).

The pay range for this position is between$55,000 - $98,000annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
