This position will greet customers and quickly assess their needs understanding the difficulty of their situation. The estimator follows the job through the entire process from initial greeting and handling all insurance related communications, overseeing parts ordering, keeping customers updated through the process and quality controls the vehicle through repairs to the final delivery. We are seeking a professional individual who demonstrates strong customer service skills, is detail and quality oriented, and has a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take direction.
