Job Description

The Medical Clinic Coordinator is responsible for providing support for a busy multi-disciplinary practice. The coordinator will work closely with the physicians, nurse practitioners and other clinicians to provide a productive and efficient environment for our patients and teams.
Core duties:

  • Function as a clinic coordinator by supporting medical providers for their in-clinic needs
  • Enter orders for patients
  • Track metrics for state contract and QI initiatives
  • Manage electronic fax system
  • Assist families as needed as directed by provider
  • Facilitate multi-disciplinary clinics
  • Score various clinical rating scales
  • Provide daily clinic communication
  • Maintain calendars
  • Assist student learners with Thompson Center experience
  • Other duties as assigned
Shift

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Hiring Range: $18.50 - $22.06
Grade: GGS-008
