Job Description
What is the opportunity?
As a Product Specialist, you will be the dedicated resource for reviewing client confirmation notices, within the Advisory Programs team. In addition, you will assist with daily advisory oversight process and other projects as needed. Your attention to detail and ability to react quickly to challenges will be instrumental in ensuring successful correspondence with clients.

What will you do?
  • Complete thorough reviews of client confirmation notices for accuracy in a timely manner
  • Interact with internal and external parties to verify and update information.
  • Create client letters based on data form internal applications
  • Identify challenges & defects and collaborate with internal partners to resolve them
  • Other projects as assigned
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university (or equivalent) OR High school diploma (or equivalent) AND 3 years of job-related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technology, critical thinking skills required to support escalated issue resolution and/or oversight requirements associated with exception-based complex processes
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft-based software products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
Nice-to-have
  • Previous experience with document reviews
  • Previous experience in the securities, banking or finance industry preferred
  • Knowledge on Envestnet and Tableau is preferred
