Job Title: ISD Technician Location(s): Merrifield, VA Responsibilites: o Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting experience with hardware and software o Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices o Experience in document operating procedures and adept ticket notation ability o Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system o Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control - Scanning, updating, tracking, collection, and overall management of NF assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment. o Perform employee moves to include equipment tear-downs, installs, and cable management. o Ability to work independently and in a large group setting o Effective organizational, planning, and time management Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
